MULS does not and will never distribute any membership lists or email addresses, and all our email contains a link allowing you to opt out of or into any of our mailing lists. If you are still erroneously receiving emails after altering your preferences, please contact the IT Officer for assistance.


This website is copyright Macqurie University Law Society (hereafter “MULS”). No part of it may be reproduced without explicit written permission from the President of MULS.


MULS makes no warranties, express or implied as to the fitness of this website for your uses. Whilst all efforts are made to ensure accuracy of the information contained herein, MULS makes no representations as to its authenticity, accuracy or fitness for use. The information is input by several executive members and is not under the immediate control of MULS. You agree to indemnify MULS against any and all losses incurred through the use of this site, whether due to the fault of MULS or yourself, including (but not limited to) losses from;

  • defamation;
  • damage to reputation;
  • injurious falsehood;
  • damage to computer software or equipment caused by viruses or other technical fault stemming from the MULS site or the server,

Law Governing this Agreement

You agree that the laws governing these terms of service shall be those currently in force in the Commonwealth of Australia and the State of New South Wales with respect to jurisdiction and decision-making in the event of dispute.
