Mental Health and Wellbeing Month

While MULS promotes mental wellbeing in various capacities throughout the year, the Society joins the Mental Health and Wellbeing Month movement in October by hosting a series of weekly events.

In the past, MULS has organised on-campus:

  • Yoga and body pump classes
  • Professional shoulder and neck massages
  • Seminars on mental health and young people
  • Sessions promoting healthy eating and recipes
