Each semester MULS holds a speaker night on different social justice topics, with guest speakers from a variety of backgrounds who have expertise or insights into the topic.
In previous semesters, we have discussed poverty, LGBTQI+ rights and the concept of liberty. The speaker nights always provoke thoughtful discussion and raise new perspectives on topical issues.
For students participating in the Global Leadership Program, experiential points are redeemable for attendance at a speaker night. GLP forms will be available on the night and will be signed by MULS staff at the conclusion of the event.
Our Environmental Law and Justice Speaker Night is on 15 May at 6pm. Come along to learn about how environmental law and social justice interact!
Our speaker nights are also free.
