Clerkship Fair

 

The MULS Clerkship Fair & Interview Roulette will be held on Thursday 25 May 2023. 

If you are a penultimate or final year student looking to apply for summer clerkships, MULS highly recommends that you attend the Clerkship Fair. You will be given the opportunity to meet HR representatives, ex-clerks, graduates and current lawyers from some of Australia’s leading commercial law firms. 

The Clerkship Fair will serve as a valuable networking opportunity. Networking is a staple of the application process, as most firms host cocktail evenings as an opportunity for you to meet lawyers and partners from the firm, and get a deeper insight into the firm’s culture.

 

Interview Roulette

The Interview Roulette gives students the ability to participate in a mock interview with firm representatives. This is a key element in the clerkship application process, and therefore a fantastic opportunity for students to gain real feedback on how to answer interview questions, the best way to structure their CV, and more.

Clerkship Fair

The Clerkship Fair is a catered event wherein some of Australia’s leading commercial law firms and their representatives are available to answer student’s questions and speak about their experiences as a clerk and what life is like at the respective firms. This is a fantastic opportunity for student’s to get a deep insight into the clerkship process and commercial law.
