Finding a case and its status
Navigate to CaseBase by clicking CaseBase Cases and then Advanced Search.
If you have trouble finding it, you can access CaseBase here.
Handy tip: Enter the end section of the citation and it will take you directly to the case!
The case page will tell you the Court, Judges, Judgment date and the current status of the case.
Tip: The green symbol with the “+” means the case is still good law and has not been overturned. ‘

Finding NSW legislation
You can access NSW legislation through the LawNow Legislation function on LexisNexis.
The contents page for NSW legislation will then appear.
